I have now been a chef for 10 years and continue to learn every day. I just kept grinding and learning as much as I could from each chef I worked with along the way. The road to becoming a chef was a challenging one full of many hurdles and challenges. Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
